Engpharm Inc. built the ToggleWear as a paid subscription app. This SERVICE is provided by Engpharm Inc. and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. Information Collection and Use

We do not retain User Provided data. Once Toggl Track login information is sent from the website to the app, the information is permanently deleted from the website. The app retains the login info locally in the smart watch until the user uninstalls the app. We do not have access to the login info saved in the device. The Application does not collect information from and/or for social networking platforms (e.g., pulling contact information, friends lists, login information, photos or check-ins). In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.

We do not retain User Provided data. Your login info is removed permanently once it is transferred from the website(www.togglewear.app) to the Application on your watch. The login info is saved locally on your watch only and we do not have any access to it. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. Please contact us at if any concern and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
